About Me
Designing learning that feels both strategic and human
My career began in teaching and facilitation, working directly with learners and discovering how powerful well-designed learning experiences can be. That early experience shaped the way I think about clarity, structure and engagement.
Over time my focus shifted toward designing the systems behind learning: curriculum development, digital learning environments and scalable programmes that help organisations build real capability.
Today I work across instructional design, learning technology and strategy, helping organisations transform complex knowledge into meaningful learning journeys.
