Learning Materials
Content that teaches.
Design that lands.
I develop learning materials from the ground up - not just writing content, but designing the full learning experience around it. That means understanding the audience, the context of delivery, and what success looks like before a single word is written.
My content development work spans a wide range of topics, with particular depth in the credit, debt and financial services space - built over years as an SME and curriculum designer for banks, retailers and regulators including FNB, ABSA, NCR and BANKSETA.
I develop both accredited and non-accredited programmes - from full QCTO occupational qualifications to bespoke corporate training - and I design and brand every component so that materials feel intentional, professional and consistent from cover to close.
Classroom
Full facilitator-led programmes built for face-to-face delivery - from learner guides to detailed facilitation scripts, training aids, and role-play activities that keep a room engaged.
Blended
Materials designed for programmes that combine face-to-face and digital touchpoints - with content structured to flow seamlessly between contexts without duplicating effort or losing learners between modes.
Online
Self-directed materials built for digital delivery - study guides, interactive PDFs, quick reference guides, and supporting assets that work without a facilitator in the room.
Inside a full training pack
Every programme I develop is a complete system - each component designed to work on its own and as part of the whole.

These materials go deeper
with QCTO accreditation.
Many of the materials shown here are components of fully accredited QCTO occupational qualifications - written, designed and submitted for accreditation from the ground up.
If you need learning materials that meet formal accreditation requirements, that's a separate and specialised capability. See the QCTO Specialisations section for the full picture.
