Building sites that
teach, guide and convert

My web work is rooted in one principle: a site should educate its audience, not just display information. Whether it's a client-facing compliance hub, a product explainer or a learning portal, every build is shaped by how people actually consume and act on information online.

I build in WordPress using a combination of page builders, custom CSS and JavaScript, and carefully selected plugins - always with the audience's journey in mind rather than the toolset. The result is sites that feel purposeful, not templated.

This same philosophy drives my own portfolio site - designed and built entirely in-house, including the interactive elements, space-themed animations and custom cursor you're navigating right now.

B-BBEE Client Hub

A self-service education hub built to demystify B-BBEE compliance - giving clients direct access to the information, tools, and guidance they need, on demand.

Try It Yourself

The hub is live and open to explore. Registration is not tracked - feel free to use any name and email address to enter. For example: Jane Smith and something@somethingelse.com will work just fine. Once inside, you can browse the resources and interact with the AI assistant.

The Challenge

B-BBEE compliance is complex, jargon-heavy, and often inaccessible to the very clients who need to act on it. Siyaya Consulting needed a way to serve clients at scale - reducing repetitive queries and empowering them to self-navigate compliance information without always relying on a consultant.

The Approach

Rather than build a standard website, the hub was designed as a learning journey - structured information, guided registration, downloadable resources, and an AI assistant to answer questions in plain language. Every component was built to reduce friction and build confidence in the user.

What Was Built

The Hub

A structured, gated web portal giving clients a single destination for all B-BBEE information - organised, searchable, and easy to navigate.

Registration Flow

A custom registration process designed to feel seamless - capturing just enough to personalise the experience without creating barriers to entry.

Resources & Handouts

A full suite of downloadable learning materials, guides, and reference documents - all designed in-house to match the hub's educational goals.

AI Chatbot

An embedded AI assistant trained to answer B-BBEE compliance questions in plain language - available 24/7, reducing the burden on the consulting team.

An LMS is just a website.
Everything here applies there too.

Every technique used to build the B-BBEE Hub - custom layouts, responsive design, CSS, JavaScript, plugin integration, and audience-led UX - applies equally inside a Learning Management System. An LMS is, at its core, a website built around a learning journey.

That means branded course environments, interactive dashboards, custom registration flows, and seamless learner experiences are all achievable - and all part of how I build. The same thinking, applied to learning at scale.

🛸 This universe is still under construction. The aliens who built the pyramids were booked. We're next on their list.
⚠️ Some pages are under construction. Even warp speed takes time to calibrate. Bear with us.
🔭 Big things incoming. The pyramids weren't built in a day — and neither was this portfolio. Almost there.
👽 Our alien contractors are working on it. They have a tight schedule — apparently Stonehenge ran over budget.
🚀 Launching soon. Not as soon as a SpaceX rocket, but considerably more stylish.
